Cancellation Policy

You may cancel without penalty if written cancellation requests are received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference.  

Due to financial obligations incurred by the conference organizers, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for written requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference.

No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

To cancel a registration, please send an email to info@uds4.org and include “Conference Cancellation” in the subject line.

Substitutions are allowed. Please send the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to conference organizers by October 1, 2010. You may email those requests to the email address listed above. Please include “Conference Substitution” in the subject line. Substitutions can also be made on-site at the conference registration desk with proof of payment for an original registrant.

If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, the conference organizers will refund the registration fee within 90 days of cancelling the conference.
